  • Intellectual Property (IP)

    Intellectual Property (IP)

    To explore legal frameworks concerning intellectual property, including copyright, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets. This section will analyze how IP law protects innovation, creativity, and business interests, with a focus on challenges faced in the global market and emerging issues like digital rights and AI-based inventions.

  • Immigration/International

    To examine and analyze the legal and political frameworks surrounding immigration and international relations. This includes understanding immigration policies, the effectimpact of international treaties, and how global movements affect domestic legal practices. The section will aim to foster discourse on justice, human rights, and policy reforms from a legal and political perspective. 

  • Civil Rights

    To discuss the legal implications of civil rights with a particular focus on issues such as equality  and legal protections for marginalized communities. This section will aim to foster discussions on how law can be used to ensure social justice, equity, and asks the who question – who gets access under civil laws?

  • Environmental

    To examine legal principles and frameworks related to environmental protection, sustainability, and climate change. This section delves into policies, regulations, and legal challenges surrounding environmental protection, corporate responsibility, and environmental justice – with a focus on how law can be leveraged to address ecological issues.

  • Business and Tech

    To analyze the intersection of law and business in the rapidly evolving tech industry. This section explores issues such as corporate governance, regulations on emerging technologies, and the legal challenges posed by tech innovations in areas like privacy, cybersecurity, and intellectual property.

  • Health Law

    From the Affordable Care Act to Kennedy v. Braidwood, this section features timely and consequential pieces of legislation affecting access to health care services. The objective is to contribute to the open dialogue in health care and bridge expertise from other law practices to understand the mechanisms regulating access to care.

Write for the Review

Our current format accepts previously written papers that can be repurposed with the support of our editors, as well as pitches that allow the writer to work on an original piece from scratch. You can submit either option, or apply to be a staff member, through our Involvement Form

  • We consist of a Managing editor who is in charge of editing staff writers’s pieces.

  • Each Lead editor can be paired with up to 2 writers per semester.
